Local wellbeing experts, Laura Nicholson & Nicci Trudgeon, invite you to join them for a magical evening of relaxation.

This special evening is designed to guide you into a deeper state of rest, using yoga postures to free the body and reiki-infused aromatherapy to calm the mind.

You can expect the restorative benefits of both yoga and aroma, learn new well-being practices incorporating aromatherapy into your daily routine, and experience a deeply restful guided relaxation, with the gentle touch of reiki to help deepen your sense of peace.

Each guest will take home an Innerlather Top to Toe Wash, made by Nicci, with the custom essential oil blend used during the evening—so you can continue your aromatherapy journey at home.
